Fashion show in aid of children and donkeys

A fashion show is to be held for the very first time at a donkey-riding centre for children with special needs based in Abbey Hey on Saturday 24th October from 1pm to 3pm to help raise funds for its cause.

The Elisabeth Svendsen Trust for Children and Donkeys (EST) provides over 150 children with valuable riding therapy at its centre each week.

Debbie Coombes who runs the centre says: “Over 20 models will be on the catwalk to show you what you should be wearing this season. There will be top high street fashions at a fraction of the price. Come and join us for an afternoon of glamour and bargains galore.”

EST makes no charges to the schools or parents whose children attend its centres based around the UK and receives no government funding. Staffing is strongly supported by a dedicated group of volunteers who help with the riding sessions.

Tickets cost just £5.00. Book today by contacting EST on 0161 301 4051.
