Spring is in the air as our thoughts turn towards the Spring Fair, being held on Saturday 17th April 2010 here at EST Manchester. The fair opens at 10am until 3pm. This is a great opportunity for every child that visits to tackle our themed obstacle course whilst riding a donkey with a prize goody bag at the finish. If children would like to ride we ask that they arrive before 1pm.

Other attractions include our popular Cake Stall (arrive early as they soon sell out!), Kath’s Kitchen offering plenty of refreshments, a whole stall dedicated to donkeys, tombola and a spring themed raffle.

The main attraction though has to be adoption donkeys, they will be on hand to be cuddled, patted and loved by their adoptive parents old and new. Adopting a donkey also makes a great gift and the gift packs are available to buy on the day for just £16 for the year.

As staff we always look forward to the fairs as we spend a few days before the event busily preparing. On the day itself it is always a hive of activity with plenty of visitors, staff and volunteers enjoying themselves.
