Aleesha Davidson, one of our lovely volunteers, has kindly offered to do a 'sky-dive' to raise money for EST!

Aleesha has been volunteering at EST Ivybridge for over 2 years now, after completing part of her Duke of Edinburgh award at the centre. She helps with donkey care, assists with riding therapy lessons, and has run stalls at our fundraising events (summer/christmas fair).

EST Ivybridge is holding a Summer Fair on Saturday 18th June from 10am until 4pm with free admission and plenty of fun for the whole family.

The centre is hosting its annual Summer Fair which promises to be a fun-packed day for all. Activities available include traditional country fete games, Maypole dancing from St Pauls RC School, have-a-go dog agility from Canine Capers, Devon and Cornwall Constabulary Road Crime unit, have-a-go African Drumming, South Hams Hawks & Owls display, inflatables, Adopt A Donkey, a BBQ and much more! Admission and parking is free.

EST Ivybridge is looking for walkers to take part in a sponsored event with a difference on Sunday 12th June at 11.00am.

The Sponsored Donkey Walk is being organised by EST Ivybridge's and walkers will be accompanied by the centre's donkeys. With a choice of distances starting at ¾ mile, the walk is ideal for youngsters, wheelchair users, pushchairs and the whole family.

Visitors to this year’s Easter celebrations at All Saints Church in Holbeton on 8th April at 2.00pm will be able to enjoy a very special service in the company of EST Ivybridge's Boomer.

Boomer, a riding therapy donkey from the EST centre in Ivybridge will be visiting the village of Holbeton near Plymouth to take part in their Easter celebrations.

There is no admission charge and members of the public are invited to come along and join in.

Are you looking for the perfect Valentine's or Mother's Day present? Why not adopt one of our lovely donkeys?

Come and visit your special donkey for a cuddle, and receive regular updates as to what they have been up to!

There are four donkeys to choose from - Eeyore, Pooh, Snowy and Wayne - each with their own different personalities.

Come in and adopt a donkey at our Ivybridge Centre before Friday 1st April 2011, and you can take part in a free prize draw to receive a donkey goody bag!

EST Ivybridge is looking forward to hosting a special Carol concert and Nativity celebration on Wednesday 8th December from 6.30pm to 8.30pm.

The event will include a performance of traditional Christmas Carols from a choir comprising children from local schools, including Brixton’s St Mary’s School, Mill Ford Special School and Downham Special School. This festive evening will be a unique and wonderful way to celebrate the season and raise funds for the centre.
