Would you be interested in sponsoring a riding therapy session for children with special needs or perhaps a month of outreach work where our donkeys visit the elderly in the community? We are also looking for other sponsorships, so if you are able to offer support, please contact us to help us help others.

Adopting a donkey is a wonderful way to support the work of the Elisabeth Svendsen Trust for Children and Donkeys. We have five Centres based around the UK (Sidmouth, Leeds, Ivybridge, Manchester and Birmingham) each of which provides riding to children with special needs and disabilities as well as taking the donkeys into residential homes, hospices and schools.

Stephen Jarmuz, a Year 11 student from Lawnswood School in Leeds, is taking part in The Great Yorkshire Bike Ride. This epic ride on Saturday 13th June 2009 runs from Wetherby to Filey covering a challenging 72 miles. Stephen attended EST Leeds for 8 weeks' work experience as part of a school project and was able to work with the donkeys and children that ride on a regular basis at the Centre.

Do you have contacts "behind the scenes" at prestigious venues or is your best friend a celebrity who would be willing to wine and dine the successful bidder (funded by the proceeds from the auction of course!)?
